



This is not your usual cookie dough. No eggs. No dairy. No flour. Why call it cookie dough? I could not think of anything else to call it, and the flavor is reminiscent of cookie dough. The result is a bite sized gluten-free and vegan creation with whole foods.
My taste tester loved it. It made a great “snack”. These mini sweets taste delicious to me. Treat yourself and feel good about it. This is much healthier than the average cookie dough.
Notes: I recommend using serrated knife if cutting chocolate chunks from a bar because it makes the cutting process easier. Recipe yields ten chocolate covered cookie dough bites.
