Chocolate Covered Cookie Dough

This is not the usual cookie dough. No eggs. No dairy. No flour. Why call it cookie dough? I could not think of anything else to call it, and the flavor is reminiscent of cookie dough.

Next, do I call it chocolate covered, bites, or truffles? Sometimes it can be extremely difficult to come up with a recipe title. Ultimately, I settled with Chocolate Covered Cookie Dough. The end result is a bite sized creation with whole foods that is gluten-free and vegan.

My taste tester loved it. It was their “snack”. These mini sweets taste delicious to me. Treat yourself, and feel good about it. This is much healthier than the average cookie dough.

Notes: I recommend using a serrated knife if cutting chocolate chunks from a chocolate bar because it makes the process easier. This recipe yields ten chocolate covered cookie dough bites.
