What kind of food do I bake/cook?

Always gluten-free. Often vegan or vegetarian. Free of most sugar, except maple syrup. Yes, I like dessert, and there is definitely a chocolate theme. Will add more cooked food and meals in the future.

Taste is very important to me. Taste was my excuse for too long on why I would not eat healthier. Unfortunately, I was only deluding myself. Whole foods and healthier recipes can and do taste delicious.

Please note, I am not a professional cook. Though some might disagree, I find baking and cooking is not a perfect science. Different climates, elevations, ovens, taste preferences, etc., may affect the ultimate outcome. I encourage everyone to taste test as you go along following a recipe and toothpick test any bread or cake baking in oven. Times may differ. Thank you for understanding.
